HP8660C Synthesized Signal Generator.  I hooked up an older spectrum analyzer to it and it has a signal throughout its range.  So is guaranteed to work. 

Range is approximately 1 MHz to 2.6 GHz

Modulation Section = 86635

RF Section =  86603
