This is a pair of pulled MRF316 Motorola power transistors.  They were pulled from Honeywell manufacturing line units under test most likely because they were under spec on power.  However most likely are in operational condition.  Thus you can get a good deal.  These are most likely 100$ a piece if you have to buy them new.
