USMonolithics Block UpConverter based on a DRO block upconversion mix.   This device takes in 950 to 1450 ( range of 500 MHz ) and puts it out in the 14.0 - 14.5 GHz range as far as I can tell.

The above board scan is from a board pulled from a defunct unit.  It is NOT from the unit for sale. The units I am selling are fully mechanically intact and have not had their lids lifted.
