The house is located on an historic point of land,
Punta del Viento.
Views of blue sky and the turquoise and indigo Caribbean Sea are punctuated only by Culebrita and its lighthouse, Sail Rock, St. Thomas, St. John, Jost Van Dyke ,St. Croix, and Vieques on the horizon. A reef-protected mooring area on both sides of the Point capable of mooring 200 long boats, adjoins the Point?s 1,700 feet of waterfront, providing access for yachts to the best cruising grounds in the world. One side of the point descends to a sandy beach.
