I have a well used Dell Inspiron 3800 laptop with the following specs:

600 MHz Processor Speed
128MB RAM
6GB Hard drive
14 screen

1 PS/2 connector (for either a PS/2 keyboard or PS/2 mouse)
1 paralellel
1 serial
1 Infrared port
1 Docking connector
2 pcmcia slots (PC Card slots)
1 phone jack (for modem)
1 headphone
1 microphone
1 audio out
1 TV-out S-video connector
2 media bays- one has 24x CD Drive (read only)

It has the battery and a/c adaptor. However, it has been used, so you will not get a full charge out of it.
Keyboard does not work properly- certain keys do not work (maybe 5 keys or so). Also, the laptop has two sets of buttons...one set above the touch pad and one set below the touch pad. They function as the left and right clicks for the cursor (like a mouse). Of the top set- the left button is loose.
