IT COMES WITH ELECTROLYTES. AND A SPARE BATTERY.THE BATTERY ALSO HAS TO BE CHARGED IN ORDER TO BE USED. I HAVE THE TITLE AND THE SCOOTTER WAS NEVER REGISTERED. I AM NOT WILLING TO GO BELOW $500, SO IF YOU CAN T PAY THAT PLEASE DO NOT CALL. THE SCOOTER DOES HAVE SOME GAS IN IT, BUT IT WAS NEVER USED. FOR THIS SCOOTER I ACCEPT CASH ONLY, AND YOU MUST PICK UP.
