I have a bunch of brand new, US made by Camron. Diagonal cutters, pliers, and needle nose pliers
Needle nose - approx 6.75 long
Diagonal cutter - approx 4.75 long
Pliers - approx 8.5 long
They are brand new and have never been used and are in foil bags, but they have not had the rubberized coating applied to their handles. I am told that one can buy that in liquid form at better hardware store. In any case, these are a bargain.
