Craftsman 14 HP riding tractor with 38 inch cutter. It needs a battery and ignition switch and a small amount of welding on the mower deck. I have not heard it run but the friend I got it from told me it runs. Motor turns by hand and IS NOT SEIZED. Has Briggs 14 hp IC engine. If motor does not run, I will refund purchase price within a certain time.
