Ride while watching TV or listening to music if you like. TrueRide?s heavy flywheel is very quiet and smooth with no squeaking, and resistance is dialed in with lever shifter. Every design feature on the trainer emulates a real bicycle ride:

Frame disassembles for transport, if necessary, but a big SUV or van will handle it as is. Maximum seat height is 40 inches (if handlebars and saddle are level, stem to post is about 29 inches).
